No, you do not need to be at home to have your cans cleaned. We clean your cans the day of or day after your trash pickup day. As long as your can is at the curb, we'll clean it on your scheduled date.
Terms And Conditions
Conditions of Bins
The customer is responsible for bins being curbside on cleaning day. Bins cleaned by Rockstar Bin Cleaning must contain no trash. Bins may not contain any unbagged feces, motor oil, paint, or other hazardous materials.
Service Plans
All service plans require a one-year commitment. The customer will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee if canceled within the service plan period. Service plans will continue on a month-to-month bases after the anniversary date. Because service routes are designed to be proficient, Rockstar Bin Cleaning may have one service cycle to route new customers into the existing routing service schedule but will make a good faith effort to schedule as quickly as possible
Quarterly Service Plan Details
Bins are cleaned every three months for a total of four cleanings in the twelve-month period. The customer will be billed every three months around the service date.
Monthly Service Plan Details
Bins are cleaned every month for a total of twelve cleanings in the month period. The customer will be billed every month around the service date.
Moving
The customer is responsible for notifying Rockstar Bin Cleaning thirty days prior to the cleaning date of the new service location if the customer moves. Rockstar Bin Cleaning will have one service cycle to reroute your new address into the existing routing service schedule which may extend the contract by one billing cycle.

Locate the order you need to pay. To the right of the order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click "Pay with Bank or Credit Card" which will already be ticked. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
